El diálogo entre estas ciencias, aunque necesario, es complicado. No obstante, actualmente se investiga para integrar estas tres perspectivas sobre el aprendizaje. En esta línea integradora, en el presente trabajo analizamos un caso de estudio de hemisferectomía con el objetivo de ofrecer una visión neurocientífica sobre el aprendizaje, la mente y el papel del contexto. El caso de estudio que presentamos es muy excepcional tanto por su exitosa recuperación, como por el escaso número de sujetos que han sido tratados con esta técnica.
