Abstract

This research aims to study different characteristics of online learning (or elearning) in detail. The study was carried along the years 2004 and 2007. Both, quallitative and quantitative techniques are used to find out different categories of analysis in e-learning, and also to discover which are the tasks or functions that an elearning teacher should have. So finally some training outlines are drawn for those teachers who practice, or desire to practice, e-learning experiences.
