Abstract

This research examines the dimensions related to social interaction that originate from a MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses). Thus, we address the social dimension of the questionnaire "Community of Inquiry" (CoI) whose results are summarized is this study. The students participated in a training activity through the MOOC "Entrepreneurial Training", course that uses ICT to provide training on a massive scale and open. The objective of this paper is to analyze the impact of MOOC regarding the creation and building learning communities, along with his promotion of social participation of students. The participants have a positive perception about the interactions developed over the MOOC with peers. However, these same feel that the sense of belonging to a learning community or collaborative work is not favored. Finally, some recommendations for the development of learning communities in the MOOC is proposed.
