For that, we have been designed a questionnaire for teachers of third cycle of primary school where the objective was to assess the impact of the School Program 2.0 on organizational, educational, emotional and ICT skills levels of the schools. Thus, it will present the results that have been obtained in Andalusia about what are the necessary technological skills that primary school teacher should have to advance in the implementation and use of ICT in the school and classroom. These outcomes are the result of analysis performed with the SPSS vol.19.
