Résumé
This work is a training strategy for improve emotional competencies in a group of workers in the Health Mental field. Our proposal has been elaborated from a needs assessment process prior with pofessionals that are working in a Residential Center of Rehabilitation (CRR) in Plasencia —Cá- ceres— (Spain), since September to December 2013, where they showed perceived needs by themselves, their interest and development potential in the different dimensions and emotional competencies assessed. (Torrijos, Manzano, Conejero & Martín Izard, 2014). We present a brief description of the context, as well as aims, competencies, contents and 350 methodology; key elements that it constitute formative action which is expected to develop with professionals Center, in order to promote their personal and social well-being and, therefore, the welfare of the people with whom perform their professional work.
