Résumé

The present paper provides a critical picture of the Higher Education rol in the field of entrepreneurship education and in the promotion and support of enterprenurial initivatives in Spain. Theoretical disscusion and practices that do not totally meet with social realities and economic data, shows what should be done and the need to find new ways to address the issue, opening the door to other proposals about how to better integrate this reality in the Spanish University.
