Abstract
A part of the documentary review on legal requirements for the analysis of the relationship between the digital competence and the curriculum in primary schools in Galicia is presented. The work is part of a larger research which expects to analyse how educational centres interpret the new curriculum regulations concerning the competence of information processing and the digital competence. The importance attributed to the transversal nature of the digital competence and effective use of ICT, seems to justify the need of introducing them in the new curriculum approach but from a restricted proposal.
