Abstract

In the following article, the bases of pedagogy and the educational transformation and it´s leisure educators will be explained. This topic develops itself through thee theorical points: In first place the non-formal education explains itself briefly, education context in which suggest and has sense in educational transformation. In second place we propose a concept of educational transformation and we tackle the principle characterictics the same way. In third and last place, the pedagogical bases present themselves in this formation, three fundamental pillars in the moment of approach to the formation process of our future educators of leisure time: the utopic horizon, the educative process in values and the indisputable utopics of education, or at least theorical outlines that establish this kind of formation.
