Resumen
This work is a part of a study in progress which we are developing to be presented as own Doctoral Thesis in the Education Doctorate of the University of Almería. This project studies the gender equality education and gender inequalities or discriminations (homo/lesbo/trans-phobia, gender roles, sexism, chauvinism and micro-chauvinisms, heteronormativity, androcentrism and other social problems originated from the patriarchal and heterocentrism society) that may be present in the affective-sexual education, as well as in the affective and sexuality education itself (development problems, type of affective-sexual education, negative and positive elements, etc.), developed by the Junta de Andalucía’s Forma Joven program in Secondary Education. Our aim is to know and understand in depth, as well as change the reality of the studied case (As long as the people involved agree), by offering a view about the possible problems in connection with gender discrimination that stimulates the critical view and self-criticism of those participants and readers of the report, not forgetting the aspects that give advantage to gender equality education allowing to reinforce these actions and allowing to learn to those who believe that it may improve their personal teaching practice. For this purpose, we use a qualitative methodology, specifically a multi-case one, in different education centers in Almería province (although we will only present the fieldwork information and first conclusions of one of them) which use observation, documentary analysis and interview as data gathering methods. Therefore, the most interesting data about its design, fieldwork development and first outcomes will be presented, not forgetting the theoretical framework in which our research work is based.
