Abstract

Within the framework of decentralized cooperation and local human development, information and communication technologies (ICTs) are a key element in the promotion, transfer and management of knowledge to strengthen the actors of Andalusian cooperation and the enhancement of cooperation between territories. This research project offers an approach to the concept of knowledge networks and their application in the field of decentralized cooperation. The networks of knowledge as an organizational, communicative and cooperation model open the possibility to establish a continuous dialogue between the territories, their respective agents of cooperation and the sharing of their experiences.
