Resumen
The realities that make up educational communities are increasingly diverse. Because of the insatiable institutional demand, day by day the educational personnel is immersed in a tangle of demands, often incongruent, difficult to satisfy. From the perspective of inclusive education, we reviewed some research looking at the importance that inter- and intra-personal relationships have on the well-being of teachers and their professional performance. From this work, we consider that continuous teacher training is essential for the adequate exercise of their profession. Finally, we highlight professional advice as an indispensable tool in the exercise of their profession and we propose ways to reflect on it, in order to seek solutions that will shed some light on such uncertainty.
