El crédito europeo en la docencia de la tecnología educativa

Résumé
The article shows the European Union (EU) like a reference in the way of educational systems development.. Concretely it shows the meaning of the European Higher Education Area and the concept of the European Credit. The convergence in the architecture of national educational systems is pursued in this process. It´s defined the concept "competence", because of his big value and the impact in the Education Sciences is analized. An experience about ECTS competence evaluation, in the Educational Technology course, is also showed. Finaly there are some suggestions in order to continue that process.
